Meet the Team

<p>Al has always had a knack for looking at things in a different way. He finished his degree in Computer Engineering and then worked as an I/T professional for about 4 years. After investigating the communication needs of the parish where his brother was assigned as an associate priest, Al found an opportunity to combine his passion for this faith, and his talent for computer systems to co-found Solutio with his friend Andy. When Al isn't building websites, he is busy chasing down his <del>8</del>, <del>9</del>, <del>10</del>, <del>11</del>, <strong>12</strong> children with wife Teresa.</p>

<p>Jackie wants to live in a world of encounter, where coffee and dark chocolate abound, goodness is celebrated and there is a green flowery plant on every doorstep. With a degree in secondary education, Jackie pairs her experience in lesson planning and instruction with her heart for Jesus and idea that everything can be organized in a spreadsheet. She loves to see what is happening in the Catholic Church throughout the United States and sees her role with Solutio as missionary, helping make your website easy to use so you can focus on what you do best! The Build and Support team is like the prayer team of a retreat, serving you so you can serve souls. When not helping guide the process of building new websites, she thoroughly enjoys a short run outside, reading good books, sewing, DIY projects, writing letters, conversing with Jesus and hanging with her husband James and daughters.</p>

Tori is the third oldest of ten siblings, which means she learned early on how to juggle chaos with grace. With a Master’s in Theological Studies and a heart on fire for the Church, she thrives in blending faith and technology to amplify the Church’s mission. As the Parish Content Lead and Junior Project Manager at Solutio, she helps parishes create engaging, mission-driven websites that truly connect with their communities. Her journey at Solutio began in Sales, but her passion for building and supporting digital platforms led her to the Build and Support Team, where she now brings creativity and strategy together. Beyond work, you’ll find Tori with a book in one hand and a coffee (or fine wine) in the other, capturing the beauty of the world through her camera lens, hiking scenic trails, and cherishing time with her boyfriend, family, or friends.

Joel joined the Solutio team in August 2019 and has since become our go-to website guru. With a passion for coding, he is constantly exploring new ways to enhance website performance and functionality. He married his wife, Ally, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in August 2021. Outside of work, Joel enjoys gaming, watching movies, and tending to a small vegetable garden with his wife. While he appreciates good food, he firmly stands by his dislike of mashed potatoes.

With a passion for coding, he is constantly exploring new ways to enhance website performance and functionality. He married his wife, Ally, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in August 2021. Dakota was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, where she continues to deepen her roots alongside her husband and three children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. In 2020, Dakota embraced the Catholic faith, a journey that led her and her husband to become active members of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Wichita, where they were married and have baptized all their children. She joined the Solutio team in August 2022 and considers it the most fulfilling role she has ever had. With a passion for learning and a great sense of humor, Dakota enjoys expanding her knowledge of website development while bringing enthusiasm and laughter to the team every day.

Jeremy joined the Solutio team in 2022 and has since become our trusted domain expert. As one of the most knowledgeable members of the team, his quiet nature is matched by his expertise and dedication. He is married to his wife, Erica, and together they have two children, Clara and Louis. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys tackling house renovation projects and diving into a good book. And if you ever need to find him, just look for the person with a Dr. Pepper in hand.

And if there’s ever a Mario Party tournament, you can bet he’ll be playing as Yoshi—ready to take on all challengers!
