1. Go to http://drive.google.com and log in with your Google Account username and password
2. Find spreadsheet attached to form. (Maybe in Shared With Me folder on the left side) Open the spreadsheet you want to be notified on if changes are made.
3. Click on the Tools->Notifications menu item on the spreadsheet toolbar.

5. Check the field A user submits a form
6. Check the field Email - daily digest
7. Click Save

8. Done!
